i need info on making a 3rd generation 5 speed transmission fit into a first gen. camaro i have a 1968 and the transmission is a 93 or something like that..... fire wall mods what cross member what drive shaft?......etc. THANKS

Well if its a 93..its a 4th gen trans. What engine are you running?

 

a 350 with a mild/hot cam

 

so a Gen 1 Small block.

any more information on this trans? or its definitly a 1993 5 speed?

 

thats all the guy was giving me its out of a 93 it has a hydraulic clutch thats all i know and the guy is not answering his phone so... any ideas on what i would have to modify?

 

Daniel, those trannys arent worth it. save up and get a TKO500 Tremec. trust me.
