Okay so I got a great deal on a 68 Camaro, while the car is rough I got it cheep enough that it was well worth it. Only one problem... No VIN, nor tittle... I was wondering if anyone knows what to do in order to get this problem straitened out?

Take it to the nearest scrap yard and do not waste another dime on it. Someone else got rid of their problem. The car has a partial VIN in two spots if it is still legible. One under the heater core box and one in the upper cowl panel but careful what you wish for. There is probably a reason it has no VIN and title.
