Default Modifying Seats

I have a 1967 Camaro and purchased seats from 1996 Camaro after reading they would bolt in. Unfortunately, I believe the seats that bolt right in were out of an4th generation SS. I was hoping someone would be able to assist mewith eithermodifying the seat tracks or direct me to a company that may supplynew tracks.Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Default RE: Modifying Seats

I don't have experience with that exact set-up, but I've run into seat swap problems before. a lot of older car's floors are flat, and the newer cars have contoured floors. all we have ever had to do, is usually make a block or two between the original floor and the new tracks so the seats sit flat. worse case scenario is that weve just had to cut the tracks up a bit and re-weld the brackets. either way it's not that bad
