Manifold studs
Hey there.
I recently purchased a vintage Edelbrock C3B manifold for my 67 327. I picked this because all he vacuum and water ports are the same as my original manifold. The problem is there in no Coil mount. Question is? Can I tap and thread the for studs to be used as mounts in the same location? Im not sure how much meat is there, and if I would damage the manifold.
Thank's in advance

I don't think you have enough meat in that area of the casting.
I have the Edelbrock Performer EPS on my 327 and the surface the coil bracket bolts to are cast in behind that rear runner.
Unless there is some bracket used that attaches using one of the manifold bolts I suspect the coil with that intake would be firewall mounted
FWIW my coil bracket also is where the carb throttle return spring attaches also
