Default Loud noise when idling and accelerating

My 67 Camaro 327 makes a lound, whining noise when idling and gets worse when I give it gas.
It doesn't appear to be the PS or alternator. Sounds like it's coming from the carb. It does this when parked and moving.
I'll attach a video. Any useful feedback is appreciated.

Probably a vacuum leak of some kind. Possibly the carb to manifold gasket.
You can eliminate the belt driven bits by simply taking the belt off and starting it up.

I agree with the vacuum leak. If you notice the noise goes away just as you hit the throttle (low vacuum) but is louder once you let off the throttle at high RPM (Higher vacuum) If seems like its coming from the card area, then just spray carb cleaner around that area. Search youtube for finding vacuum leaks.

If you do take the belt off (which is a good idea just in case) do not run the engine more then 30 seconds or so, You are getting no water circulation and the coolant will get "hot spots" very quickly that will not show on a temp gage. Having hot spots can be as hard or harder on a engine then over heating it.

Yes, agree with spraying with either carb cleaner or WD40.
Whine just happen, or over time?
Could be gear noise from timing cover as engine could have a Pete Jackson gear drive?
