Default Looking to borrow / “rent” a set of rallys for an hour

Any chance someone in the PA/NJ/DE area has a set of rally wheels with tires I can borrow to take a few pictures of my car? I’ll pay $$ to “rent” them !! I’ll even come to your house to do the swap. I was denied an Antique tag from PA ONLY because my wheels aren’t stock so I need to install Rally wheels, take a few pictures and then reinstall my existing wheels.

Any help is HUGELY appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris

That or just find some pics of the same car with the rally wheels, unless you're all customed up

So if you get stopped by the cops in Pa. will they write you a ticket if your wheels aren't stock and you have antique plates? Sounds insane.

Rally wheels weren't the only "stock" wheels used. So were plain steel wheels with hub caps. Oh, and there was no "law" that said you had to keep the hub caps on.

According to the PenDOT guy I talked to, they're trying to crack down on people building modified cars and using Antique tags. I asked what's the big deal with different wheels and they said "where do you draw the line".... I had some other "opinions" that I shared about their rules and process but, it didn't get me around having to show pictures with stock wheels. I'm running 18 and 17" Coys and he said they were too radical from stock. I found a set local but, had to buy them for the pic's and now selling them on CL.

Thanks for all the help and offers guys!
