Lokar parking brake cable install
I've been putting this off for about a year, just finally went for it. I put the TSM rear disc brake kit on my Camaro a little over a year ago, but never got the parking brake cables hooked up. The stock cables wouldn't work to activate the parking brake on the Eldorado calipers, so Lokar was the way to go.
The shots are kid of tight, since there isn't much room to work. I had to lift the rear end twice and reset the jack stands to get under there.

The parking brake is on top.

The Lokar pull block under the driver seat. It tied right in to the stock parking brake lever, so it looks stock in the passenger compartment.

The brake brackets. I had to replace two wheel studs while I was in there.

I painted them red so they'd show nicely behind the Coy's Wheels.

Assembled. You can see the stock parking brake cable hanging below the disc.

The brake line tab welded on the axle tube.

You can't really see it in this pic, but this is the adjuster for the Lokar cables. I somehow got them too tight, so the left parking brake was almost on all the time. An easy fix, but one to look out for if you do the same modification. The adjustment nuts are the ones you see on the ends of the black cable sheaths.
