I am not picturing this part in my head. Can you describe more fully?

I have been looking for those too. They mount on top of the front fenders and in the rear window deck area and light up when your lights are on. Nice safety feature.

I've never seen them as a factory option on the Camaro. I have seen several Mopar musclecars with the kind of light I think you are talking about.

Do they come on with the headlights, or are they turn signal markers? The Mopar ones flashed with the turn signals.

On your Camaro, you can watch the flashers on the dash - if they don't flash fully and cleanly then you have a problem, that was the factory solution to the problem you may be describing. Beyond that simple alert, you then have to get out of the car to see which one isn't working correctly.

Another thought - have you tried Year One or Classic Industries? They carry a lot of parts, including rare options like remote rear view mirrors (so rare as to be non-existent in '69)

They where an option on a lot of GM cars, mostly Monte Carlo's and Impala's had them, Cadillacs came with them. Little chrome small reverse scoop looking bezels on top of front fenders and another on rear package shelf. They work off fiber optics so if a light was out you would know from inside car. Classic and others have the chrome piece, I need the lens for front fenders.
