Looks pretty close to Sunset Orange Metallic which is what my '02 SS that I just sold was.

 

I just picked up this 69 yesterday. It needs a few cosmetic items but nothing major. It has a built 383 stoker putting out 462hp. It's a beast but it still retains it's class.

very nice 68! i love the silver and wow under the hood is very clean and neat. besides 68s are the best first gens out there

Sweet car- I saw that in an email from Legends a few weeks back. He has some nice stuff over there and I talked to him a few times during my search this year!

 

Chris, I actually emailed that guy about that car. He had a real sketchy story and I believe he was only asking like 15K. I asked about looking at the car and he told me I couldn't because it was stored in a trailer in Florida ready to be shipped. Smelled like a classic Nigerian scam so I passed and reported him as a fraud to the website it was listed on. LOL Looks like it wasn't a scam after all if this is the same car and I'm pretty sure it is. Any of this accurate?

 

Hmmm... sounds like somebody spoofed the original ad from Legends Specialty Vehicles . I talked to the owner Gary about 4 or 5 times in the last 5 months, inquiring about different Camaro's he had at different times. He was very knowledgable, helpful and more than willing to chat cars without expecting or pressuring a purchase. He told me about this car just before it came in and I believe he was planning on driving it for a few months before selling it (only because it was so clean, fully optioned, etc.). Looks like it did actually sell through Legends as it has a Sold stamp on the pic.
