There are only a few things that can change your camber like that.

Ball joints - are they tight? New? If new, do they fit correctly? Fully pulled into the spindles?

Control arm pivot points, both top and bottom - with the modified suspension, are they on some sort of keyway, or cam arrangement? Could they rotate around the bolt enough to move?

...And I don't see how it can be the sway bar either, as it puts up or down force on the lower arm. If everything in the suspension is tight, it shouldn't be able to tweak the wheels in or out (vertically). I can't see why anything should be moving out of spec, if all is tight. This is a good brain twister...sister!

You said both sides are equally out of place. Is it possible that that symptom is coincidental?
You also said sometimes going in reverse will lessen the misalignment. What do you do to remove the issue?

This definitely a brain twister...it's a long shot but have you thought about calling Kyle at Detroit Speed and Engineering. He may not want to give time of day since you didn't use his equipment, but I don't know of anybody else that could diagnose your problem other than him or perhaps the lead techs at Hotchkis and Heidts.

How much drop on those Hotchkiss lowering springs? Sounds like.... and I'm just throwing it out there, that your uppers need to be relocated. Given your set-up (trick by the way) which is not too uncommon I'm sure this issue has come up before.

Any chance of taking a vid and running it by all 3?

Based upon your replies, your lower rear control arm mount is moving. I don't know how, but that is the most likely spot. Can you post some pics?

That's a good question, what bolts are you using on the LCA? Maybe you're using 7/16 diameter?

Pictures would help.
