The information you are looking for does not exist. I have been a member on some of the most in depth Camaro sites. GM never collected combination data. There are a couple website that are trying to use statistic to make estimates but IMO there data set is skewed from people that have clones and do not know it.

1967
Z22 (Rally Sport) = 64842
L35 396 =4,003
L78 396 =1,138
Total SS 396 =5141
C05 (convertible top) = 25141
"Chevrolet did not retain any statistical records on option combinations. Which means it is impossible to know with certainty the exact production number in situations of multi-option combinations." (this is a direct quote from a research document I have)
Its not that the data is missing or lost, GM did not collect it as they made the cars. Like I said all you are going to find is statistical guess's. I went through the same process you are when I got my RS/SS convertible 20 years ago. Unless someone can go back in time and change GM system we will never be sure. I personally have seen dozens of RS/SS 396 rag top and 100's of the 350's. Fakes are so ramped that I would bet over 1/2 of those are fake. I am pretty sure mine is not a fake because no one was making the Cowl tags in the 90's when I bought it simple because they where not worth the money.
The was Nothing GM made in in the 60-70's that can not be reproduced, At one point I even knew the location of one of the original machines that stamped the block with all the original dies.
Your estimate of 1600 minus the Pace cars seems a little low but I would guess its within 1000 cars. L48 350 RS/SS rag tops is more like 6,000. Keep in mind the big block could not be ordered in the Camaro until the Mid year retooling end of January 1967
Since mine is not matching numbers I left the rear spoiler, That spoiler was never on the 67, It was a mid 68 option. It will hurt the value (assuming you care) For me its my kids problem cause mine will never be sold.
