Gorn touched on some very good points OP. Yes it is a nice looking "resto-mod" and it is a low # built (Philippines) car but given it was not restored as a matching #'s car that takes away a lot from it build location possible added value.
More importantly though is the LS 3 conversion being way old school now and the interior can be viewed as dated also for a resto-mod.
I think unless there is some buyer that just has to have that car, in any auction it will struggle to get $60k...and likely less IMHO

Understood and a very nice one at that however it being originally a 6 cylinder car sure doesn't help the value as a collector car.
The value in this car is all in the restomod work and that it's a 1st gen car,I see no added value that it's a Yutivo.
All Yutivo bodies were 6 cylinder bodies. That has nothing to do with how they were actually assembled. You would order the car basically alacart. You chose the body, then they could add whatever engine you would order to go into the car. It was assembled there. If you refer to Camaro Research Group, it verified what I am saying. I wish the trim tag would have been left intact. Since all export Camaros were Norwood bodies, by removing the Trim Tag, there is no verifiable proof this car is actually a Yutivo Camaro.
Basically, since the Trim tags and interior were removed, this is just a Norwood Ohio Camaro. That is where the export cars came from. The tags are the proof of origin. You can call any car an export car. You have to be able to show history. Mine is a 67 German export. Again a Norwood Ohio body.
Due to the changes you have made, the only way to value the car is to run it through an auction. It is worth what the market will cover. Good quality Resto Mod cars bring more than many original cars. It depends on the work quality. This car is now just a really nice Resto Mod with a nice back story.
Things an import would have for value are original title, kph speedometer, and trim tag,
The car is worth what you can get for it
As a restomod, start at 50k and see where it goes
If you sell it in 4 hours, you know you asked too little
Put OBO in the ad, so you can raise the price if you get a hundred calls
