Default How do I tell if these numbers match? 1967 Camaro

You guys have been very helpful with helping me get info about this 67 Camaro. I found a number on the engine but no partial VIN stamped next to it. Here are pics of the number and VIN. Can you tell me if this engine is original to the car? I couldn’t find any other numbers.

According to the Lime Book, the YM designation was used as a truck engine in 1965, 1967 and 1968. The year of manufacture might be able to be determined from the casting date, since the partial VIN is not shown on the pad.

Thank you for this. I guess the numbers definitely won’t match then. I really appreciate it!!

On engine, look on block above oil filter, the bellhousing flat, 3/4(?) inch wide, and read VIN there.
