Default heater blower motor removal

I need to remove the blower motor and read that some on this forum had been able to do this by removing the inner fender so I thought I would try that because my car has good paint so I don't want to risk taking the front fender off but after removing all the bolts holding the inner fender it does not want to budge. it looks like it might help to also remove the front lower corner piece but thought it best to check in with those of you who may have already done this. Is this possible or am I going to end up taking the hood off and the front fender???

I don't see how you would ever get the inner fender out without pulling the fender itself. It all fits together pretty tight. I guess it can be done, but......

thanks for the note and it is looking like I may have to take the hood and fender off, which is what I was trying to avoid.
