update removed the top pad to set the spring deeper in the perch and got shock installed!!

hay, yah looks like the camaro needs some attention. come on now its almost summer. or is that spring. is that a cutout pipe i see there? video man, come on i want to hear it better yet see it at night.

its acctually a sidepipe i havent got hooked up yet, was waiting to finish the springs. heres a pic of the other side

Yes there is a pin in the spring that gose through the lower shock plate. i removed the upper pad and it sits pretty tight now.
found the headers and sidepipes on craigslist complete and new never used.

Burnt68 – so the pin doesn’t stick out on the top of the spring? It must be flush with the top of the spring. The rear spring installation looks much better now. Some people go the extra mile and put a few washers or a shim between the lower shock plate and spring perch to keep the plate from bending. In some applications, that gap is more than ˝”. You’re doesn’t look that big.
Nice find on the side pipes! New?! WOW!

yep traded the guy 4 ansen sprint slots(50 bucks off craiglist) and 200 cash for the headers and pipes!!
