Trying to reinstall fenders, but can’t figure out how the lower aft bolts attach. I can’t find it in the installation manual, and the hardware I removed doesn’t quite make sense. I would expect a nut welded on like the fender wells, but neither side has one. Any suggestions?

I recently removed the front fenders.
HEre are the pictures from today.
Driver's side you canseethebolt broke and is still stuck inPassenger's side, the nut get loose and previous owner used a metal bolt...
