Default Fair value for 1967

I'm looking at a 1967 Camaro, not an RS, SS, or Z28. It's in really good condition, needing mostly cosmetic stuff. The body is excellent (straight and little surface rust, but needs paint. The interior is complete with a new dash, and needs some cleaning up too. It has a 327 and saginaw 4 speed.

I know there are many variables to the value of a car. At first glance of the detail above, what is an approximate fair value for the car?

It will come down to how solid the body/floor/frame is. If its really solid it could go for 10K. If the drive line is all in really good shape maybe 12ish. At 12 it might wait a while for a buyer.
