Default engine codes

hi everyone,

im new in the forum, i have a 1969 RS, just wanted to ask a couple questions. i have spent several hours looking up engine codes on the internet and cant't find everything i need. my car was made in van nyes cal. but my engine code shows kansas. i was told that the engine is not the original by last owner but just wanted to make sure before i sold it.engine block code--- 3970010. this number looks like a 69 camaro number. engine code number--- vo22oomj. i know that the v is flint and the 02 20 is feb. 20 but i don't know what omj means. i know it is the engine suffix code. the partial vin number on the engine is 16K420326. should the last 6 numbers on the engine match the last 6 numbers on the car vin?
thanks brad.

LA built Camaro
double check that suffix code
if it was the oring. engine yeah the vins on motor and car would match

the vin off motor comes out to be built in 76 out of Willow Run
just need the suffix to tell the rest make sure its cleaned real good can be tricky to read sometimes
