I want to put 68 doors on my 67. The 67 doors are very rusty and my friend gave me some 68 doors that are perfect. My question is will the door hinges on the 67 bolt to the 68 doors? I looked at them and they appear different in bolting pattern. Thanks for any help.

 

No they wont bolt directly on. You will have to drill but its not a hard modification to be made. I have 67 doors on my 68 and they installed fine, although they don't close right so I would recommend having a professional do it.

 

You might want to look at both doors and compare them from the inside. 67 doors have the window vent wings and the 68 doesn't. If you plan on making your car look like a 68, that's one thing. But if you want to swap the vent windows over to the 68 doors, I would look to make sure the mounting provisions are there (I haven't tried it before).
