correct blower cutoff relay

Default correct blower cutoff relay

I own an original '69 RS/SS350 with factory air. I'm trying to get the blower to work. I've replaced the dask switch already. The blower cutoff relay on the car now has three prongs closest to the firewall, and one on the other side, located high. I've seen others with two prongs on the other side, plus one with only one, but low. Can anyone confirm which is correct for a factory air car? My harness only has the three prong plug and a single on the other side.
