Color paint examples
I would think shipping of a body part to Germany could be expensive. Could a 1968 color chip chart sample from General Motors help. If so, here's a listing on Ebay. I'm sure there are others if you looked harder
Overseas where?
There is no supplier for what you are looking for
A guy (you) or me, could order a can of paint and a piece of metal (cost about 40 bucks American)
Then paint the metal and ship it to you
Maybe 30 bucks to send a small metal piece to Europe
That would not be very cost-effective IMO

Very common for paint shops to do "spray out cards" (these are not on metal). The paint formula for" Butternut yellow" is well known and can be cross referenced to PPG either as a base coat or 2 stage paint (base & clear)
These are also commonly used as spray out because they show a paints "flop"

I do not have the color to take to a paint shop for then to make the color, I only know that my car came with Butter Nut yellow (now is red) here they only way to know is by internet and that is not way to take that as an example to fabricate the exact hue. But in America the should be shops that handle the originals color that were you used in 68, but send 2 gallons of paint from the US to Spain is not going to be either cheap or posible by air freight because of dangerous goods air laws and ocean freight is complicated because is just too small
