I found this in a pile of stuff that came with the car and I have no idea what it is...

Any help would be great...

That is the windshield washer bottle mounting bracket. It mounts right behind the drivers side headlight on the radiator support next to the voltage regulator.

you can throw that away. they make them in the aftermarket and they are cheap enough that it would cost more in cost and aggravationto prep that to paint, than to buy a new one
