Brake Troubles - help needed

my car was equipped with a brake hold-off valve. Its a little "L" shaped fitting on the frame rail underneath the drivers door. It allowed the front brakes to apply a split second before the rear. Something else to check if the prop. valve doesn't fix it.

I did too, but I guess I screwed it up the first time and had to learn the hard way. I was just getting a drip out of the rears until i did it again and then the brake fluid came out nicely.
I wonder if you could bleed it through the master and prop, just to see how the flow is through the valve. Just a thought.

I decided that I would get a bew distribution valve and a new hold off valve before attempting this again.
I checked the rear lines very carefuly..they all look to be in excellent condition.
I'm hoping to get better results with new valve componenets.
