big block headers

RE: big block headers
I went with a set of super comp. long tubes (ceramic). I did have a heck of a time putting them on and I didn't have power steering. You might want to check into a set of shortys b/c the long tubes were pretty exciting to install on the driver's side to say the least.

the biggestdifference between "Super Comps" and regular"Comps" are that the Super Comps are an exact fit, but trust me on this one if you have power steering. this is what you want to do:
Buy the Comps and save yourself a good chuck of change. the Super Comps don't allow a provision for the lines coming out the the steering box. with the Comps, you might have to ding one tube next to the box (depending on your mounts) and besides that they will fit mint. one other little overlooked thing, if you have studs instead of head bolts, is that you might have to notch the flange with a grinder but this is no big deal because Hooker makes such a nice think flange on their headers
