I am looking for someone running a 396 (or other BB) with a long water pump and aluminum radiator with electric fan(s), preferably in a 1969. I have a 396 with the long water pump and a Cold Case radiator. I have tried their single 16” fan/shroud and their dual 12” fan/shroud configurations and both have issues hitting the water pump pulley.
I am still assembling the car and just got frond end sheet metal. It is possible the body/metal config is pulling the core support too far back causing the interference.
I was hoping someone could provide some pics or measurements of their clearance in a similar setup.
