Default Bare Metal Coating after Stripping

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question but here goes. I have access to a couple of large tanks big enough to immerse my 67 doors to strip them with electrolysis (want to make sure I get any rust inside the door cavities). Once they are stripped, I will wash them down and dry. So, I plan to paint the outsides with DP90 epoxy primer but want to make sure the insides are protected where I can't paint. Is there a good chemical solution to "dip" the doors for coating where I can't spray and that is also good under epoxy primer since dipping will coat the whole door?

Thanks....
