Anvil Auto Interior Panel Questions
Good afternoon gentlemen.
I just received Anvil Auto's upper cluster panel and their console gauge pods for my existing console gauges in my 68.
I must say they are works of art and I'm very happy that i went against my better judgement and made the purchase.
Before I made the purchase the price seemed unjustifiable to me but now that the parts are in hand I'm good with it.
I do have a question.
I'm looking for somebody that has purchased the CF center dash panel?
I know it says on the website that you have to cut your own holes for the HVAC, Radio and AC vents if applicable.
Has anybody done this? Can you provide pics and a detailed discription on the process you used?
I think its important that I make this happen in order to tie the interior panels together but I'm worried about the unfinished edges around the HVAC and stock radio panel.
As a side note or ........ question, i noticed the old console gauge pod plate has screws visible for installing it and the new one from Anvil does not.
How is it to be installed without provisions for hold down screws?
Gentlemen id like to thank you for the welcome to your fine forum and I hope in the future I can contribute as you have to me.
Hope your week goes well.
