I am looking for a new Master Cylinder Cover for my 69 Pace Car, 350, Power Brakes, Disc Front.
Most of the online parts places have them, but they don't look like mine and when I asked if they have the correct one for my car, they said they didn't.
I'm not sure why mine is different than the normal?
I'm attaching a picture of mine for reference.
If anyone knows where I can get one, please PM me.
The one on ebay is a full rectangle, mine is rounded on one end, rectangle on the other end. The one from CJ Pony Parts looks more like mine, but why would my car have a Ford master cylinder?
Strange... I too could not find any part like that except on Ford's. There are a lot of Chevy/GMC after market on Ebay by Dorman that are identical to yours. Check the cover for marks or other part numbers. May have to consider it was replaced with after market. Could be possible that they changed vendors during late model 69's during manufacturing, but have not clue when that could have occurred.

Yeah, it was replaced at some point... No clue why they would go with those parts over original GM parts... The only reason I wanted to replace the cover is for looks. I am thinking of buying a new booster/master cylinder and probably will at some point, but for now, I bought a used (like new) cover on ebay for $3.00 and it will have to do for now....
