I am new to your forum so bare with me. I am doing a total restoration on my 69 camaro. Currently the car is stripped down to ground zero, andnow its time to head back the other way...back together. My question is what is the general concensus on what brand of suspension to use. I am curently looking at a Global west stage IV G machine kit. This kit has the tubular control arms and all the rest of the goodies to go with it for about 2100.00. What do you think, who likes what and why?? As this is a total reconstruction I will have many questions, and value the feedback. Thanks

I havent gotten to the suspension yet. I know that the rear is collapsed and we are going to change the single leaf to a multi. Dont know whats going on with the front

 

The word I have heard is that Global West has a good product. One good thing is that they sell it as a complete kit and help take out the guess work to make your g-machine. Good luck!

 

Global West makes nice stuff for our cars. CCP also makes good stuff, Detroit Speed makes pretty much the best and there are some other good ones out there too
