I haven't seen any kits. I think you have to buy the parts separately, I could be wrong. But, in any case, you're looking at probably $600 for all the items NEW. You need : The power steering pump, the pressure and return lines, the pulley, steering box ($300)different steering coupling joint, and the associated brackets.
It might be easier to find a used one and just replace a hose or two.

i had a friend that wanted to convert as well.... and he couldnt find a kit so he just had to buy all the parts seperatly and i think it cost him around 700... and i agree wtih "johnnynitro" go to the junk yard and find a camaro wtih power steering a rip it all out... then just buy a new power steering pump for 70$....

here's a few things to think about:

if you are looking for a simple conversion, STAY AWAY FROM RACK AND PINION!!!!! there are way to many things that you will need to change and fabricate to get it going and if you haven't really done it before, you are opening up a can of worms, never mind the possible bump-steer problems that usually have to be worked out when putting in a rack

if you do go with power steering, stay away from junkyard parts. not worth the headache and possible unknown problems.

a powersteering conversion is a simple straightforward job. the hardest part is separating the pitman arm (and that isn't that hard), but make sure you do get a new one for powersteering because they are different (there are actually two for powersteering also)

this is a perfect time to do over your frontend too. it's about $300.00 for a complete, major frontend kit, then you need to buy a box, pump and brackets

enjoy!
