Z is the code for British Green. ZZ means green upper and lower body (no vinyl top).

It was in the condition it is now when I bought it a few weeks ago... Looks like the PO either spent alot of time repairing it or covering up any rust. I hope it's not the latter. The car, plus a bunch of misc parts I paid $8k for it...
