My 68(327 2bbl)coupe has the original single exhaust on it anddesperatly needs replaced. I dont want anything real loud or raspy like most glasspacks that ive heard. I would like a deep mellow sound but not too far off from original. I also want true duals. Does anyone have any suggestions, and keep in mind that i only have about 400 to spend.

 

check mine out. I have a big block 454 with headers and flowmaster 44 series exhaust cut-outs on my 68 but you can hear it if you would like. The exhaust is true dual and was $300 for me

I've seen that before on youtube. That ride sounds fricking sweet! What size are your pipe's? I'll be puting just about the same setup on mine in a week or two... 3" for size.
