Default 68 camaro windshield w/antenna

Hey anyone know a windshield with built in antenna that fits the 67 68 69 camaro. I have a 69 chevelle and found a replacement from a 73 that fit and helped clean up the lines real nice and thought it might look good on the camaro as well.

I am assuming you want to see the camaro, not the chevelle. I liked the recoil statement, hope you dont mind sentit to my son in Iraq

Yes, 67-69 Camaro/Firebird is the same. But coupes and convertibles have different windshields.

Any auto glass company can get you one with an antenna.

I have also looked for one for the 67/68 with the internal antenna, but I have had no luck I am going with a hidden antenna in both of my sail panels along my rear window. My car had the rear quarter antenna, and there was no way I was going to drill a hole in my new real GM quarters. I am going to spray the inside of the sails with Lizard skin, then install Hushmat, the Antennas, and then the trim panels.

If I run one on each side, and Y them together I should not have any dead spots. I thought about using them under my Pillar posts, but there would not be enough distance from the metal.

The reason you can't find a windshield with a built-in antenna is because there never was such an animal for our car. You may be able to get one custom made/cut, which means expensive.

^ I've used one of those before years ago. JC Whitney here in Chicago used to sell it, not sure if they still do. Problem was, the aftermarket type, as well as the old factory built in one, didn't give nearly as good of reception as mast antennas do.
