Default 68 Camaro 327 SB CAM ADVICE NEEDED.

I recently pulled the motor out of my camaro due to a oil leak. 90% sure it was coming from the Oil pan and timing chain cover. Anyways noticed that the CAM is a cheapy and would like to replace/upgrade. Looking for something middle of the road as far as street vs. drag. What should I go with as far as lift duration, etc? How would I know if I need to replace the push rods?
