well where I found the numbers was I typed in how many l30 m35 1968 Camaros were made. on google an came up with these 2 sites there were others too, wikipedia an thecamaro.com with Rpo combos I figured it was not rare ,but is was my first time reasearching the 1 gens ,I guess its not that hard to find out wich ones are rare an not, drop a 427 in it if its running good you can just drive it yes it seems the numbers were off from one site to another the v6 cars may have not been as documented at some sites then others ,there were so many option combos too, more then today

The L30/M35 is an "odd man out" because of a decision the engineers made. The 275 hp 327 got the upgraded manual trans and the 12 bold rear because the engineers did not think the base setup would last through warranty. It was refereed to as the Poor mans SS and you basically got the 12 bolt rear for free. There was a few dealers that pushed its sale but most opted to push the 290hp/350 SS instead which is why it fairly rare. They are not supper rare cause I know where 3 of them are and there is one on this site that was converted to a SS clone.

yes thats what the site had said 22.000 327 an 100,000 + with v8 version of trans an that the L78 L 89 were the rare ones along with most z28 cars an ones with 302 engines few were made an some copo cars,but you guys no more I am sure
