After finishing a frame off restoration, i get both GEN and TEMP lights on the display.
I am pretty sure that when the car starts, temperature isnt an issue and since a new alternator was installed, i am charging.
Wondering if anyone has an idea.

Possibly feedback from a bad ground. Also check the wires and connections at the alternator, and put a test meter on it to make sure it is putting out as it should.
