Default 1967 Convertible Quarter Window

The lower roller on my quarter window is broken--all I see is a pin sticking out. Looking at the part below, to confirm, the smaller roller on top rides in the track and the bigger roller with the rubber gasket sandwiches the window.

Questions:
How do I remove the old one? I guess once I order the part this will be obvious but the pin sticking out currently doesn't look like it is threaded or will unscrew.

Can I swap these with the window still in the car? I know that would not be the easiest but wonder if it can be done.

Is the missing part down inside the 1/4 panel. It screws into that middle round part. If you find it put thread locker on the part that came off first. If this is what happened you can screw that one part back on without taking everything apart...but it is very tight. Rolling the window down some helps access

I bought the same part as you did and not knowing what was involved found the lower white plastic and lower metal part in the 1/4 panel and screwed it back on. IDK if the repop part threads on or if its a pressed pin not allowing that

google scared shiftless. He makes great how to 1st gen window install videos that may help

Thanks! I watched the video of scared shiftless. Pretty informative on adjustment and install. I am missing the small white roller piece in the pic above. I dug around in the quarter panel and dont see it--lots of dirt but not piece. The original (or the one I have installed) appears to be a press fit for the roller whereas the re-production is a bolt through the whole assym.

Thanks. I will keep looking.
