1 or 2 Piece Rear Main Oil Seal

I have a question, I have an 84 350 4 bolt main truck motor, can anyone tell me if this is a 1 or 2 piece rear main oil seal?

Look at the block. A one piece rear main seal engine has an aluminum housing bolted to the block, that the round seal presses into.

Will i be able to see it with the ell housing on? I have a 4spd so wasn't sure of i had to remove the flywheel to see if 1 piece?

I thought maybe you had the engine out of the car. If you're sure the block is a 1984, then you have a 2 piece rear main seal. The one piece came out in 86.
