If money is an issue, and you don't have time for a road trip, then it sounds like buying any Camaro that needs a lot of work is a bad idea. They'll all take money and time; both of which you stated you don't have.

 

Money is only an issue right now. I'm working two jobs at the moment and I have quite a good income. I plan on starting the project not long after my 24th birthday. That's February 2011, and I'll have about $60,000 to work with.

Until then I figure I will just keep my eyes open for a good deal that I can jump on if I come across anything.
