Default Running sluggish ss 16

My 16 ss is unning sluggish . I have checked the battery and it seems to be okay at times I do run 89 octane. Should I just go to the dealer and get one of those expensive fuel injecting cleanings? Or just go to AutoZone and get one of those basic ones and add in 92 higher octane? It seems to want to not accelerate when it comes to a red light. It only has about 29,000 miles on it. Any help is appreciated thank you. Is this normal?

You should be running 92 or better, the engine's computer may be compensating for lower octane fuel to avoid engine damage.
I'd run a couple tanks of premium through it and see if it doesn't clear up on it's own.
