Default Replacement hood shocks

I recently installed a stainless steel under hood cover from American Car Craft and with the additional weight now the hood will not stay up. I know changing the hood struts can be tricky because there are different types. Does anyone know what specific part number I need to replace them with stronger ones. I attempted several times to contact American Car Craft and never received a call back

I just replaced my hood shocks on my '22 SS1LE and it was a breeze. GM actually did a decent job on the design, the 5-minute mark is a great spot to get those new shocks seated and that hood feeling solid again.

I'm replacing the hood shocks on my 21 SS and I'm having a hard time finding a direct replacement. Ended up going with the OEM ones from a dealer, not sure if I could've gotten away with a aftermarket set.
