I have a 2019 convertible base model. Shortly after hitting 11000 miles the screen on the infotainment center became hard to read. The lettering and icons look like every third pixel is dark but it is not because pixels are dead. I say that because if I change the view dark parts become light. The map is the worst and navigation is very difficult to read. I looked for software updates but it says the last one was early 2020. Around the time this issue started I noticed that the white boxes in the lower left now had 8 boxes instead of one or two. Not sure if this is related. I am attaching some pictures but they look better that what I actually see in the car. Wondering if this is a problem that requires service or a software glitch. Thanks in advance for your help.
