Any of you guys put a water repellant on your rag tops

 

Most folks I know use Ragtop or 303 products on the convertible tops. I have used 303 on my Corvettes since 2011 and apply it once a year. I tape off with newspaper around the top to prevent overspray which can be a little messy. Since the top fabric is coated it should last for years with only gentle cleaning, but I'm a bit **** in my vehicle cleaning and maintenance.

We traded our 2014 Camaro for a 2022 last month. Parked them side by side, tops up and tops down. Our 2014 top looked brand new. Treated it with 303 2-3 times a year.
