Default Is A/C vent control an issue?

I think I have decided on a 2019 Camaro 3LT V6 (over the Audi A5) when my present lease is up next year. However, one question still needs to be answered. I know I will have to try this out myself, but it seems to me that the positioning of the two A/C vents low down on top of the console will do a terrible job of cooling off the upper part of one's body. I think I have seen one comment here that the A/C was best for freezing one's right hand! But that was only one comment and, if possible, could some of you guys also comment on your A/C experience. It gets terribly hot here in SEFL and proper A/C cooling can be an issue. BTW, I'd like to a poll on this, but doesn't seem possible on this forum?

Over 100 views and no response leads me to believe that no one has A/C or no one uses their A/C. Or, with no responses, the A/C must be perfect (LOL).

the AC is perfect lol
my 2001 f150 has been running the same AC since 2001 and just now started failing in the summer on a really hot day
my 2013 avalanche has had awesome AC and AC seats
my 2018 zl1 AC blasts me in the face so hard and has AC seats, the simplicity of the vents in this car make it exceptional

Good news. No real concern about the force of the air, just that it seems to me that the low vent position would cause quite a bit of hand cooling on its way up to your body and face???

Hate to hear that as I live in SoFL and use the AC all the time. Will probably have to wear gloves in the car, eh?

i live in socal and its cools the car pretty well

I was in temps of 108 a few weeks back in southern Utah. NO problem cooling off with vent location at all.Plenty of fan power, crack the windows for a minute or two and all will be COOL. I have a convertible and the a/c keeps me cool to the point where I find myself turning the fan to low and then adjusting the vents down a bit as well.

I have no doubt that the Camaro's A/C cools well. I am more interested in knowing if the the low center vent placement causes chilling of the hands? From their placement, it would seem that in order for air to reach your body, it would have to pass by your hands...and thus cool them to extreme. Hope I am wrong with this assumption.

Default New here, but have 2017

Vents where they are is no issue for me. My hand does not get cold, not sure why it would have to for some reason hold your hand in an unusual place in front of the vent to have this happen.
