Put long tube headers , cut the second cats , new throttle body , and my car continue to go into engine disable mode .

I reset my computer by taking batter off I program throttle body and still . I have to cut car on and off for it to function , then eventually after I accelerate past 30mph I’m back in engine reduce mode . Any suggestions what I should do
