Default Tire Pressures

I have noticed on my SS.., and I am new to this. Only put 3,000 miles on it. My tire pressures are all over the place. I know colder-winter weather effects it. But one drive it's 31 and the next time 35. According to my gauge, they are all at 36. Is the onstar app just wrong? Would I be better to put nitrogen in my ties instead of just normal air?

Believe your tire gauge.
Read Owner's Manual for a reset of on-board TPM.
Check pressure first thing in the morning before sun hits the tires.
Compressed air is fine, been used for almost 80 years.

Great advice about the Reset. Thanks.
I actually bought another gauge thinking the first was wrong. But they both give the same results.

Much appreciated.

Have you taken care of the issue?

It has been much better since I did the reset as Everett recommended. They are all at 36 and the OnStar App reports have been steady. I'll continue to monitor for the next few weeks. But Yes I feel pretty confident that I'm fixed. Thanks for asking.
