Hello, everyone. I am the new owner of a 2012 Camaro. It's Ashen Gray with black fabric interior and very basic. Just got the tint (35%) done at a highly recommended tint shop.

Basically, looking for decent parts to make the car less. . . simple. I'd like to find black chevy logos for both the front and back, the halo lights (and fog lights), black stripes, and 18" alloy rims.

If anyone knows of good brands, sites, shops, or links they could advise, that'd be great. I'd like to install as much as possible, so if anyone knows how to install any of the above items, a step-by-step would be great. Any other advice is, of course, most welcome.

 

Welcome to the forum MN! Post some pics of the camaro. There is not a whole lot of aftermarket parts for 5th gen camaros yet, but its growing fast. I dnt own a 5th, but if I come across a nice site ill link it for you. Congrats on the investment.

There are a ton of aftermarket products for the 5th Gen. Here are a few sites that you can look at, if you're looking to change out your Chevy bowtie emblems.

There are companies out there that are making aftermarket CAB's (Cold Air Boxes), LED lighting for your sidemarkers and mirrors, suspension kits, powdercoating guys that will powdercoat your Brembo calipers to whatever color you want (ie: Mike the Powder Coater, on an exchange core basis).

You can PM me if you'd like, I can steer you in the right direction. I just sold my 5th Gen and it had a ton of aftermarket stuff on it.

You can see the LED lights in the outer mirrors and the custom painted ghost stripes with 4 coats of pearl.
