I purchased a new 2010 SS from a dealership in Nevada. The car was built out at the dealership's speed shop (before being put up for sale) with a procharger, headers and magnaflow exhaust. I picked the car up in March and drove it back to the midwest where it spent the rest of the winter in my garage.

In driving the car this summer, it keeps generating a check engine light. I have taken it into the local chevy dealership who believes its related to the procharger. They have a querry into Procharger and are waiting to hear back from them.

Any similar experiences or thoughts on what might be generating the light? Car has 3500 miles on it. Thanks

 

Without knowing what the error code is, one can only guess. For starters, have them check that the evap purge valve is hooked up to the right source.
Also make sure it isn't installed backwards, as that can throw you through a loop if it is.
