Exclamation Questions about High oil pressure and Cold air intake

Hello everyone, First post here.

So I have two questions....

The only thing I have changed in my car was the air filter to the K&N filter.

I doubt it may be related but I've been noticing that the oil pressure gauge is at the maxx whenever I step on the gas, even moderately, is this normal?
(By the way, I'm at around 2800 miles, never changed the oil, Dipstick is measuring fine)

Would adding a cold air intake to perhaps get a better sound and a little more power be a good idea? Is there a risk of it sucking in water at the given height?
(I really wouldn't want to risk if so as where I live it rains and snows frequently)

That is all for now, Thanks in advance folks!

I don't know about the oil, but here's a vid that pretty direct on the ''cold'' air intake.
