Default Power Steering Fluid leaking from Radiator?! HELP!!

First of let me say that I did have an impact passenger side. Small median that I drove up onto, and then down off of. I started losing power steering fluid faster and faster and now it stays pretty much empty. No power steering at all. I power washed the engine bay, supsension components, and the frame rail. Dried everything off and started checking for leaks. With none apparent at first I waited some time while checking hoses etc and after some time started the car. Still not detecting leaks I added power steering fluid and it appears it is running out of the bottom of the radiator, I mean just running out. passenger side, possibly where the plastic bottom of the Radiator meets the aluminum part. Now I realize the leak could be coming from somewhere I'm not seeing and it just appears to be coming from there, but after much searching and confusion I have been led to believe the car might have a power steering cooler running through the radiator?! The coolant isn't leaking, at least I don't believe so. The high pressure lines don't appear to be leaking. Rack seems fine. Obviously the frame rail is dripping with fluid after adding it. I'm fairly competent in vehicle repair and maintenance, I have enough knowledge and experience to repair my vehicle. I have a new pump but I cannot figure out where this leak originates from and I CANNOT afford a mechanic right now. It's nearly Christmas, I have a Finance and an 11 year old son, lol, help me save Christmas and get my Camaro steering again!!! Thanks for any help!!!
